2.Application
It applices to the transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage from 0.6/1 kilovolts to 26/35 kilovolts , while flame retardant power cable is used in theplaces with special demands of flame retardant property , where cable is laid tightly.

class 1 applies to system of the duration of syngle phase earthing fault normally less than 1 minutes each time or the system of maximum duration less than 8 hours each time, but the total duration not more than 125 hour.
class 2 applies to system of more duration of earthing fault or the system with higher requirement to property of insulation.
3.Standards
The products are produced in accordance with GB/T12706-2002, i.e. , Copper or Aluminium Conductor Plastic Insulated Power Cable with Rated Voltage UP to and Including 35 kilovolts,part 3-XLPE Insulated power Cable.
4.Characteristics
-maximum rated temperature of conductor is 90ºC
-maximum temperature is 250ºC when cable is shorted for less than 5 seconds
-ambient temperature should be not lower than 0ºC when cable is installed
-minimum bending radius is as follows when cable is installed

-soil heat resistance coefficient is 1.0ºC·m/W , but not consider its rise resulted from water migration when it operates continuously.

Where, Ik means shorted circuit current when it is shorted for tk seconds
I1 means shorted circuit current when it is shorted for 1 seconds, see the following table
tk denotes duration when circuit is shorted

3. What kind of certifications do you have?
SABS, CE, ISO9001-2000, SGS.
4.Which markets do you involve mainly in?
Our products have been exported mainly to Australia, Russia, Africa, Middle East, South-east Asia, South America,Central America,North America, Europe ,Austrapa, etc.
5. Which standards do you comply with when you produce the electrical wires and cables ?
We are able to produce electrical wires and cables based on GB, JB, IEC, BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, NF, AS/NZS, CSA, etc. Meanwhile, we can design and manufacture the cables according to the samples and technical specification the customer supply.
6. What is the min.order quantity ?
It depends on the type and size of electrical wires and cables. For some small electrical wires, 100 meters can be accepted .But for the power cables with medium or high voltage, that should comply with the property of installed equipments. Anyhow,we will try our best to solve the problem and meet with the requirement If you have special request.
7. What is the production capacity per week or per month ?
For the bare conductor, we can finish 3000 tons within one month. For power cables, that depends on the type and size. The total output value per month is approx. USD3,000,000.00 for insulated aluminum cables and that is approx. USD8,000,000.00 for insulated copper cables.
8. Do you supply the customers with installation service in foreign country ?
We don't have professional installation teams in foreign country.But if that is necessary, we will recommend our partners to cooperate with you
